Cliff Robertson has over 20 years experience working with computers. 15 of those years have been spent as a field service technician for a Bowe Bell + Howell. Here he has worked on equipment such as mail inserters and sorters, Remittance processing and OCR equipment, Mail extractors, Currency Processors, and even mail robots. During this time he has gained a solid foundation in PC's and networks both in an office workstation environment as well as machine and system control.

This is when your computer does something totally outrageous for absolutely no reason whatsoever. These issues generally happen only once and never again. There is no technical explanation for the cause of such problems and therefore there are no known solutions. The "brain fart" can be recognized by when someone says "what the heck was that" and everyone else says "I have absolutely no idea". It is often followed up by someone saying "I've never seen one do that before!"

When is Christmas ?
It has been celebrated on the 25th of December every year for as long as I can remember. This date is not effected by leap years

Where can I find a good cup of coffee ?
In most customer sites this will be located in the lunch room. If the site does not provide these facilities you may want to find a local establishment such as Starbuck's, Second Cup, or Timmies

Press and release the button on the front of the case. If there is more than one, use the largest one
